How do I install QuitmateME?

I have got the QuitmateME.jad and QuitmateME.jar file but am not sure how to install them on my phone.

Using the administration software for your phone you should upload the QuitmateME.jar file onto your phone using BlueTooth, IR or USB.

You can also download QuitmateME directly to your phone by completing the trial registration form available at:

http://www.quitmate.co.uk/Trial.php

Once you complete the form you will be given the a URL which you can enter into your phone to start the installation.
